Toulouse Sausage Casserole

Our very own Toulouse cassoulet with lean Italian pork. A cassoulet is a slow-cooked casserole centered around meat. Unlike cheap cassoulets consisting of only meats, beans and sauces, we use premium red wine, eggplants, herbs, and chicken broth to heighten and enrich flavours.

Ingredients: mild Italian sausage (pork, water, glucose solids, salt, vinegar, spices, concentrated lemon juice, dehydrated red bell pepper and garlic, sodium erythorbate, rosemary extract), grilled eggplants, canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, red wine, onion, garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices, salt.

Heating Instructions: remove the plastic lid. From chilled: microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From frozen: microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes. Best served with boiled potatoes or rice, or fresh baguette.
