The milk comes from the cow herd that grazes in the summer on the lush pasture grass in the valley. It's pasteurized at 74°C for 16 seconds, allowing to deliver milk in a natural state. That means the milk not only tastes fresh, it is fresh. And because it’s non-homogenized, the cream rises to the top and separates.

• The diary starts with the basics using only fresh non-homogenized,
whole milk, and live bacterial cultures.
• Thick, creamy with traditional european tang.
• No additives, no artifical stabilizers, colours,
or modified milk ingredients.
• Naturally strained using a cheese cloth.
