Tiny fillo wheat cups stuffed with cream cheese, smoked salmon and greens. The cayenne pepper makes each cup pop with flavour. Eat two or three for lunch with a slice of our quiches and a sauce.

Ingredients: RBST-free cream cheese, fillo shells, smoked salmon, green onions, dill weed, cayenne.
Cooking Instructions: keep frozen until ready to bake. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove plastic wrap. Remove Fillo Rolls from plastic tray and place on baking pan about 1/2" apart. Bake for a total of 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Convection oven reduces time by approximately 1/3. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
