Product of French Lunch
12 large perogies
Ingredients: gluten-free flour mix (corn flour, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca, psyllium, xanthan gum), egg, water, olive oil, fresh potatoes, butter, cheddar cheese, spanish paprika, salt.
Cooking Instructions: bring 2l of water to boil, add salt if desired. Add frozen perogies and bring to boil again. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, drain and serve. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
