Salmon stuffed in a wheat shell, along with cheese, shrimp, potatoes, and spices. Like the lobster stuffed shell, it's all simmered in white wine. Fantastique!

Ingredients: chum and/or pink salmon, milk, water, modified corn starch, white wine, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, wheat flour, white wine powder, salt, natural flavor, modified milk ingredients, dehydrated vegetables, soy,spices, autolysed east extract, dehydrated fish, hydrogenated vegetable oil, dehydrated shrimp, silicon dioxide, potatoes, partly skimmed mozzarella cheese and swiss cheese, spices.
Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic film and lay frozen shell on an oven-proof pan. Cook on middle rack for 37-40 minutes. Grill for 2 minutes or until the cheese topping becomes golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before eating.
Puncture plastic film. Cook at maximum power for 9-10 minutes. Appliances vary, so these instructions are guidelines only. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
