Welcome to French Lunch!
The town of Cassis in Provence, France, is well-known for two things: majestic marine scenery, and fantastic mussels. Experience traditional Cassis cuisine by observing our chef as she prepares a full gourmet meal. Nina will begin by preparing a fresh salad of greens, dressed with her very own vinaigrette as a starter. Next comes the entrée: mussels à la Provençale with a side of nut potatoes from Belgium. The class will end with a popular French dessert, crème brûlée. You will enjoy this finest dinner in a private setting of our cafe and will take home all the recipes to surprise your family and friends.
Cooking class students will receive a store-wide 10% discount (for in-store purchases after class).
