Created in 1908 from a vision held by several local farmers, Millbank cheese factory was set into operation. Today, Millbank Cheese still uses traditional recipes and local dairy suppliers to create the cheese it’s known for. The company is working with local farmers and small artisans to provide high quality products and to support the local economy.
Marble Cheddar is a variant of typical English Cheddar produced by blending white and orange cheddars. Similar to traditional cheddar it has a very rich taste and smooth, buttery texture. The cheese can be enjoyed in quiches, omelets or melted over baked dishes and vegetables.
