We make these fresh spagetti from scrath with regular wheat flour or whole wheat flour and farm fresh eggs. This fresh pasta is so tasty that doesn't actually require any sauces, just a sprinkle of butter and cheese.
Ingredients: all purpose flour or whole wheat flour, egg, olive oil, salt.
Cooking instructions: bring 2.5-3l water to boil. Add pasta and bring wateer to boil again. Mix couple of times at the beginning. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve with butter and cheese, or your favourite sauce.
