We visit several local farms to bring the best of local produce from farm to your table. All fruits and vegetables picked up directly from the farms on the delivery week.
Beetroots are a great source of fiber, vitamin B9, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Roasting or sauteing beets is the best way to preserve their nutrition values. We use beets in our Borsch soup. The leaves can be used in salads or, if shredded, in soups or sautées adding a lot of extra flavor.
