Crêpes make for excellent hot, cold, sweet and savory meals. Whether it's lunchtime, dinnertime, or time for dessert — crêpes are great anytime, anywhere. Unexpected get-together? Need to feed everyone quickly? Cook up a batch of crêpes in 15 to 20 minutes and impress your family and friends. You'll be the life of every party. At French Lunch, you'll become a crêpe expert in no time!

We'll start our class from degustation of mini blini from France pared with red caviar and sour cream. Then our chef Nina will demonstrate how to make French omelette - a simple classic egg dish. And we conclude this brunch party by making crêpe suzette, one of the most famous French crêpe desserts.

Cooking Class students will receive a store-wide 10% discount (for in-store purchases after class).

    Recipes, equipment, aprons, food, and take-out containers are supplied. Due to the small class size, payment is non-refundable. If you can't come, please try to send someone else in your place. During class we will use products that contain milk, flour and nuts (Nutella).
