A vegetarian alternative to our savoury crêpes with chicken julienne, where we've replaced the chicken with mushrooms. Makes for an appetizing meal that you need to try at least once in your lifetime. Mushrooms go especially well with sour cream, and together with chives, create a pleasantly tangy taste that will linger in your mouth.

Ingredients: crêpes (fresh whole milk, gluten-free flour mix (corn flour, rice flour, potato starch), fresh whole eggs, sunflower oil, sugar, baking powder), mushrooms, sour cream, onion, butter, chives, salt, cheddar cheese.
Heating instructions: remove crepes from packaging. MICROWAVE: From frozen: microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From chilled: microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350F, place crêpes on the tray and heat for 13-15 minutes.
