A vegetarian alternative to our savoury crêpes with chicken julienne, where we've replaced the chicken with mushrooms. Makes for an appetizing meal that you need to try at least once in your lifetime. Mushrooms go especially well with sour cream, and together with chives, create a pleasantly tangy taste that will linger in your mouth.

Ingredients: crêpes (fresh whole milk, unbleached wheat flour, water, fresh whole eggs, salt), mushrooms, sour cream, onion, butter, chives, salt, cheddar cheese.
Heating instructions: remove crepes from packaging. MICROWAVE: From frozen: microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. From chilled: microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. PAN: Preheat pan on MEDIUM LOW, add a little bit of butter or vegetable oil. Heat under lid for 4-5 minutes. Turn the crêpes over and heat for another 3-4 minutes.
