Sauce for Crêpe Suzette

Suzette sauce

Ingredients: orange juice, clarified butter, sugar, Grand Marnier.

Heating instructions: transfer the sauce into a saucepan and heat it till it start boiling. Remove from heat. Fold 2 Fench Style Crêpes twice and put in a deep plate. Pour the hot sauce over the crêpes just enough to cover them. Serve warm.
