This dessert takes the term "créme de la créme" to another level... figuratively and literally! Créme brulée is a custard and confectionery dessert of caramel and cream. It's been nicknamed "burnt cream" due to its crystallized caramel topping, and will quite possibly be the greatest "burnt" dessert you'll ever taste.

Ingredients: cream, frozen yolk mix, partly skimmed milk, sugar, natural vanilla flavour, vegetable canola oil, tapioca starch, carrageenan, caramelized sugar. Contains: MILK and EGGS.
Defrost in the refrigerator overnight or for 8 to 12 hours before serving. Do not refreeze. When thawed, keep refrigerated up to 3 days.
Preparation instructions: Remove foil. Sprinkle sugar packet contents over the surface of the dessert. Spread evenly. Microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds or till sugar start melting.
Quick method: Just sprinkle, leave 30 seconds and enjoy.
