Ingredients: Portobello mushrooms, champignons, onion, butter, olive oil, mushroom stock, water, milk, half-and-half, white wine, chives, salt.
Cooking instructions: remove lid. From chilled: microwave at HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From frozen: microwave at HIGH for 5-7 minutes. Stove top: transfer soup to a pot and heat to the desired temperature. For better results whisk the soup with a fork half way through the heating time.
