Riz pilaf is simply the French translation of "rice pilaf", and pilaf itself is a translation of the shared Middle Eastern, Southeastern European, African and Asian dish pilav (pilaf, pulao, polow, pilafi; whatever you prefer). We add some Indian flair to our pilaf by using basmati, a firm rice with a chewy texture.

Ingredients: chicken thighs (skinless, boneless), basmati rice, onion, olive oil, salt, herbs and spices.
Heating instructions: remove plastic lid. From chilled: Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. From frozen: Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes.
