Welcome to French Lunch!
Fillo rolls stuffed with brie and pears. A brie dish with a crispy, savoury texture. As brie melts in your mouth, that sweet and tangy taste of pears enters. The fillo skin mediates both, so neither filling overwhelms your senses. Three to four rolls make for a perfect lunch, brunch, or quick dinner.
