Welcome to French Lunch!
The grandfather of poutine, tartiflette is a dish of potatoes and cheeses. It originated in the French Alps and is famous in French-speaking countries today. Our dish slightly differs from the original — French Lunch uses mushrooms instead of bacon to balance the flavours. Enjoy this tartiflette with a side of fresh French bread.
