Quiche is one of the most popular dishes to come out of France. Like crêpes, you can put anything in a quiche and it'll taste good. This French quiche is a little less adventurous, but just as wholesome. It includes a range of Mediterranean fillings, like tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, and red peppers.
