Beer... in soup?! Hey, the French cook foods in wine all the time. But the Germans are a bit different. They prefer beers in their foods instead, and we approve. Cheddar beer soup has a unique malty flavour that you won't find in other foods.
Product of French Lunch
Ingredients: old cheddar cheese, carrots, onions, garlic, flour, milk, half-and-half, beer, Dijon mustard, butter, salt, white pepper.
Heating instructions: remove lid. From chilled: microwave at HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From frozen: microwave at HIGH for 5-7 minutes. Stove top: transfer soup to a pot and heat to the desired temperature. For better results whisk the soup with a fork half way through the heating time.
