Our very own Toulouse cassoulet with lean Italian sausage. A cassoulet is a slow-cooked casserole centered around meat. Unlike cheap cassoulets consisting of only meats, beans and sauces, we use premium red wine, eggplants, herbs, and chicken broth to heighten and enrich flavours.

Ingredients: mild Italian sausage (pork, water, glucose solids, salt, vinegar, spices, concentrated lemon juice, dehydrated red bell pepper and garlic, sodium erythorbate, rosemary extract), eggplants, organic canned tomatoes, chicken broth, red wine, onion, garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices, salt.
Heating Instructions: MICROWAVE move to microwavable container. From chilled: microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From frozen: microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes. PAN transfer to a dip pan. Heat up on medium low under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Best served with boiled potatoes or rice.
