Paella with Chicken, Shrimps and Saffron

French Lunch's very own paella may not be as grand as traditional paella is, but we promise that it's just as tasty. Paella is a flexible dish the whole neighbourhood can help make — that's how paella is supposed to be made, after all. Everyone adds an ingredient to the pot, which is stirred using giant utensils until cooked. Our paella uses meat and fish, and saffron for a more exotic taste.

Ingredients: chicken thighs (skinless, boneless), basmati rice, shrimps, carrots, garlic, onion, olive oil, salt, safron, herbs and spices.

Heating instructions: OVEN remove the lid. Preheat oven to 350F. From chilled: bake for 12-15 minutes. From frozen:  bake for 20-25 minutes. PAN move chili to a deep pan, cover with lead and warm up on medium low From chilled: for 10-12 minutes. From frozen:  for 15-20 min. Mix in the middle.
