French Style Crêpes - GLUTEN FREE

Savoury or sweet, hot or cold, crêpes are the most irresistible eat.                          Excellent anytime, anyplace - they're a treat that cannot be beat.


Product of French Lunch

6 crêpes, 10" each

Ingredients: fresh whole milk, gluten free mix (potato starch, corn flour, rice flour), baking powder, fresh whole eggs, butter, sugar.

Heating Instructions: remove crêpes from plastic bag. MICROWAVE: place crêpes on the micro- wavable plate. From frozen: microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. From chilled: microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. PAN: defrost crêpes first. Preheat pan on MEDIUM LOW, add a little bit of butter or vegetable oil. Heat under lid for 3-7 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite filling.

We make our gluten free crêpes on a different day from our regular crêpes or other coooking with gluten, but still would like to let you know that our kitchen is not a totally gluten free environment.
