This version of French Lunch's pilaf includes basa fillet, a great source of protein that's low in calories and high in omega-3s. The French peas provide a little extra fibre, a carb that is often missing from most North American diets.

Ingredients: basa fillet, basmati rice, onion, extra fine French peas, olive oil, salt, herbs and spices.
Heating instructions: OVEN remove the lid. Preheat oven to 350F. From chilled: bake for 12-15 minutes. From frozen: bake for 20-25 minutes. PAN move chili to a deep pan, cover with lead and warm up on medium low From chilled: for 10-12 minutes. From frozen: for 15-20 min. Mix in the middle.
