Borscht soup is a classic Eastern European beetroot-based dish, often cooked with meat stock and sautéed vegetables. Traditionally you add a spoon of sour cream to the hot soup and eat it with garlic bread.

Ingredients: beetroot, potatoes, carrots, onions, red kidney beans, organic canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, water, olive oil, garlic, salt, herbs and spices.
Heating instructions: remove lid. From chilled: microwave at HIGH for 3-4 minutes. From frozen: microwave at HIGH for 7-8 minutes. Stove top: transfer soup to a pot and heat to the desired temperature.
