Borscht soup is a classic Eastern European beetroot-based dish, often cooked with meat stock and sautéed vegetables. But French Lunch's borscht is completely vegetarian; no meat in this stock! We've also forgone the traditional dollop of sour cream on top (you can add it yourself if you want, like we did for this product's image). So our borscht is also completely vegan. смачний!
Product of French Lunch
Ingredients: beetroot, small red and white potatoes, carrots, onions, red kidney beans, canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, water, olive oil, garlic, salt, herbs and spices.
Heating instructions: remove lid. From chilled: microwave at HIGH for 2-3 minutes. From frozen: microwave at HIGH for 5-7 minutes. Stove top: transfer soup to a pot and heat to the desired temperature.
