This is a nicely-portioned meal with enough veggies, carbs, and protein to feel good about. Dip the salmon into a side of beurre blanc, a buttery sauce of white wine and onions, and follow it with a spoonful of rice and broccoli. Diet goal accomplished!

Ingredients: salmon fillet, sauce au beurre blanc (butter, white wine, onions, fresh lemon juice, salt) , brown rice, broccoli, maple syrup, soy sauce, fresh thyme.
Cooking Instructions: preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic lid. Place the foil container on the middle rack and bake for 30-35 minutes.
