We use Sheldon Creek Diary Farm milk to produce our Farmer's Cheese. The milk comes from the cow herd that grazes in the summer on the lush pasture grass in the valley. It's pasteurized at 74°C for 16 seconds, allowing to deliver milk in a natural state. That means the milk not only tastes fresh, it is fresh. And because it’s non-homogenized, the cream rises to the top and separates.

INGREDIENTS:Pasteurized, Non-Homogenized Whole Milk, Vitamin D3, Bacterial Culture.
This cheese has a creamy texture and a soft taste. It can be an excellent breakfast or snack, especialy for kids, as it's full of calcium and Vitamin D3. Take a cup of farmer's cheese, add a spoon of maple syrup and sour cream, and top with your favourite berries or fruits. And you're ready to go!
