Created in 1908 from a vision held by several local farmers, Millbank cheese factory was set into operation. Today, Millbank Cheese still uses traditional recipes and local dairy suppliers to create the cheese it’s known for. The company is working with local farmers and small artisans to provide high quality products and to support the local economy.
Medium cheddar is very good for melting and slicing. A lengthier aging process leaves the extra-old cheddar with a distinct and prominent flavor, and this cheese better goes on its own. With a glass of wine maybe?
