We bake these ribs in the oven, and then slow-cook them until they become perfectly tender. Serve these ribs by themselves, or together with any of our side-order trays.
Please give us notice 48 hours in advance, so we can make you the freshest oven-baked ribs possible. All hot trays are served with artisan bread.
